That phone system is cheaper than you’d expect.
Do you use the phone enough? Sure you’re not hiding behind email?
Is the desk phone just a paperweight?

Why do most mobile carriers charge 40p per minute when we call free 0800 numbers?
What would I do?
If I was setting up a new, small office?
I’d be very tempted to use the sub £200 Chromebooks.
I’d use Google Apps or Zoho, or a combination for the office software.
I’d choose the best broadband package I could get.
I’d save money by not buying IP Phones, or not many of them. We’d use Smartphone apps that enable iPhones and Androids to be fully functional office phones as well as mobiles.
I’d opt for a SIP Trunk service and run the PBX software from Askozia or choose the Ericsson iPECs. For slightly larger applications I’d choose the Siemens OpenScape Office LX.
Hot off the press! Siemens launch new phones.
